If the product doesn't fit your needs within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we're here to assist with exchanges. Please note that for exchange requests, additional shipping fees and reverse pickup charges will be incurred by the customer.

To initiate an exchange or report any damage (although we conduct stringent quality checks), you must provide an unboxing video. In the case of a damaged product, we'll arrange for a reverse pickup, and a new item will be shipped to you within 8-12 working days from the receipt of your original order. Alternatively, a store credit can be generated.

Please be aware that some "limited" pieces are ineligible for exchange. 


If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we can process a return within 7 days of parcel receipt. However, please note that refunds are issued in the form of store credit only, with no expiration date. We do not provide cash refunds, and the cost of reverse pickup and reshipment will be deducted from your store credit.

Keep in mind that store credit cannot be used during sale periods or in conjunction with any offer or discount code.
