In the case of a damaged product, we'll arrange for a reverse pickup, and a new item will be shipped to you within 8-12 working days from the receipt of your original order. Alternatively, a store credit can be generated.

However, please note that refunds are issued in the form of store credit only, with no expiration date. We do not provide cash refunds, and the cost of reverse pickup and reshipment will be deducted from your store credit.
